CESSDA Main Office is the operational hub of the European Research Infrastructure. It coordinates activities carried out jointly with its Service Providers, supports meetings of the General Assembly, the Scientific Advisory Board and the Service Providers’ Forum. It sets up and manages the technological backbone of its products and services, runs joint EU and internal projects, and communication activities.

Dr Wolff-Boenisch is chief executive officer and legal representative of CESSDA. Her main responsibilities are leadership of the organisation and the team, handling relations with members, service providers and external partners, and corporate communication.
Ivana's main responsibilities include CESSDA project portfolio, overall operations of the consortium, coordination of Working Groups, and their alignment with the Strategic Plan. She is responsible for acquisition of funding and acts as the primary liaison between the Main Office and Service Providers, partners and granting organisations.
Van is responsible for the support and workflow processes within CESSDA as an organisation. These include housing, human resources, finances, and general administration. She also monitors and reports on their performance.
Carsten is in charge of CESSDA's technical roadmap and strategy, including the design of all technical aspects of the infrastructure as well as a sustainable model for its long-term operation by Main Office and Service Providers.
Nina is responsible for administrative duties: managing the agenda and the major dossiers of the Director, arranging and coordinating meetings for CESSDA ERIC bodies, planning and organising office administration tasks. Her financial duties include following up the workflow in the electronic financial system and preparing financial reconciliation and reporting.
Eleanor is responsible for all communications and public engagement activities for CESSDA. Eleanor also supports CESSDA’s Service Providers in their communication activities.
Martina is responsible for planning and coordinating CESSDA's ongoing EU projects and for their financial management. She oversees the internal multi-annual funding programme. Martina monitors project outputs, internal resources and third parties, as well as coordinates the preparation and submission of project proposals.
Vanja is responsible for planning and coordinating CESSDA's ongoing EU projects and for their financial management. She oversees the internal multi-annual funding programme. John deals with matters relating to the specification, delivery and enhancement of the cloud-based CESSDA technical infrastructure. He is co-leader of the 'Design and Development of Portal Demand Layer' work package of the EOSC Future project.
Joshua is responsible for maintaining, supporting and documenting the CESSDA infrastructure, including the CESSDA services and the highly productive development, test and production environments.
Matthew is responsible for maintaining, supporting and documenting the CESSDA infrastructure, including the CESSDA services and the highly productive development, test and production environments.
Panagiota is responsible for the daily management of ongoing projects. She helps with administrative tasks, project proposals, grant management, internal resources and third parties. She assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
